Terms of Use
These terms describe appropriate use of Physique and work alongside the standard license supplied by the app store.

By downloading or using Physique from Apple’s App Store, you agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs the application license.
General wellness only
Physique is a self-tracking and general wellness tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a substitute for advice from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Calculations, trends, imports, and suggested actions may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing entries, imported results, targets, and recommendations before relying on them. Stop using any plan that causes pain, illness, or other concerning symptoms and seek professional advice when appropriate. Do not use Physique for emergencies.
Your data and device
You control the records you enter into Physique. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and creating exports when you need a portable backup. Deleting the app or clearing app data may permanently remove locally stored records.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access to services, interfere with normal operation, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Third-party services
Optional features may use third-party services such as Open Food Facts or a configured analysis provider. Their availability, content, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Verify product and nutrition information against the product label when accuracy matters.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued. The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change.
