Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device

Profile details, goals, body measurements, body-composition results, food logs, weekly reviews, saved meals, progress photos, and preferences are stored in the app’s private device storage. Structured records are encrypted with a device-protected key.

Photos and documents

When you choose a report, nutrition label, meal image, or progress photo, Physique processes it to provide the feature you requested. Report and label recognition is performed on-device. Selected files remain in the app sandbox unless you export or share them.

Network features

• Barcode lookup sends the scanned product code to Open Food Facts to retrieve product information.
• Reference-food search primarily uses data bundled with the app. Remote search is used only when a production service is configured.
• Meal-photo analysis is unavailable unless a production analysis service is configured. When enabled and chosen, selected meal images are sent to that service to return an estimate.

Tracking and advertising

Physique does not include advertising SDKs, does not sell personal data, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Permissions

Camera and photo-library access are used only when you scan or select an image. Device authentication is used only when you enable the optional app lock. Permissions can be changed in system settings.

Export and deletion

You can export a portable copy from Settings. Export files leave the app only after you choose a destination. You can delete app data from Settings or by uninstalling Physique.

Children and general wellness

Physique is a general wellness tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
